These are alder spreaders for butter, jam, soft cheese, etc. The edge comes to a nice thin edge. They are finished with food grade mineral oil and beeswax. Price is for one spreader, or 3 for $25.

Hand wash with warm soapy water. Rinse and allow to dry thoroughly before storing. Do not wash in dishwasher or allow to soak in water. Re-oil periodically to maintain spreader.
