This spoon would make a great addition to the kitchen. I hand-carved it from freshly cut or "green" wood, and then allowed it to dry before finishing. This allows the wood to move. I prefer to leave some knife marks on the back of the spoon bowl. Measures 12 1/2 inches long and the bowl is 2 3/4 inches wide. Finished with food-grade mineral oil and beeswax.
